Calculus block choice - differences?

Hi everyone!

I was just recently admitted as a transfer to OSU to start this spring (yay!) I am pursuing a B.S. in Environmental science. It is my passion - I am so excited!

What I am not excited about is the math. I am great with STEM courses but minus the damn math portion. For my major, I have to choose between the following groups to satisfy my math block:

  • Differential & Integral Cal

OR

  • Calculus and Probability for the life sciences

I have tried to read the descriptions to give me a better idea but honestly, it didn't help. All math has always been hard for me so I am looking for the least hardest. Opinions? One random fact, the one time I did well in math was trig - if that helps any.
