This Pelvic/Abdominal Pain Is Horrendous. Thoughts?

This pain started yesterday afternoon at work in my lower left side/ovary. It was sharp and stabbing, coming and going, uncomfortable pain but bearable. Today is worse, I called out from work. The pain is shooting in my vagina, it hurts to poop (I’ve had diarrhea), even going pee it hurts to push. I feel so bloated, and what feels like my stomach muscles or could be my intestines, feel sore and inflamed, when I push on my belly it’s tender everywhere. It hurts to get out of bed and walk. I haven’t gotten my period yet, and the last time this happened was in November...

My period had just ended. I was woken up out of a dead sleep at midnight with searing pain right in the middle of my pelvic area. I was in so much pain, I was crying. I was also so weak and shaky I was seeing stars and feeling like I had to vomit (like the feeling of food poisoning vomit.) My husband was trying to get me dressed so he could take me to the hospital but every time I tried to get up I would get so dizzy that I would lay back down again. It took me an hour and a half to get myself downstairs and in the car. We get to the hospital, I can barely walk and I collapse on the bench, I’m absolutely freezing too but they get me back asap. I was given fluids, they did a CT and pelvic ultrasound. Blood work, urine test. All was negative for anything. The morphine they gave me didn’t help with the pain but maybe dull it. I was slightly feeling better and the walking didn’t hurt as much so they sent me home around 7:30 am with zofran. I slept all day, we then ventured out cause we had to drop off our ballots. We got me soup, pedialyte, and gas x (in hopes that was just what it was, pent up gas) the walking and pain was getting worse again though as the evening grew. Later that night around midnight again, I woke up with the most extreme watery diarrhea I had ever encountered. Lasted all night, every 20 minutes and all the next day. My stomach as it felt then is how it feels now but not as severe. After every bathroom visit the pain was subsiding in my stomach.

I have no idea if it was a stomach bug or food poisoning. But I didn’t have the horrible pain relieving diarrhea until almost a day later. That’s the mystery. I don’t know what’s going on. Has anyone encountered this type of pain or experience? I don’t know why this type of pain is happening again? I have an appt with my gyn soon. Maybe endometriosis or my PCOS giving off more horrible symptoms than when I had as a teenager? Back then I only had horrible heavy bleeding that would last 2-4 weeks. I never had the “period poops” or cramping, or back pain, or any of it. Now that I’m older, BAM!
