PCOS and laser hair removal

I am 22-year-old female I have been getting laser hair removal done since I’m 15. I am extremely hairy I go about 2 to 3 months. I literally can grow hair after 6 to 12 hours if I don’t go to Laser every few months. My parents no longer help me pay for it and I am literally paying a ridiculous amount of money. I was talking to an aesthetician today and I told her my situation she is not a laser tech but she works as an aesthetician doing facials and has friends who are laser techs. She told me I’m not going to a place with a strong enough machine and that is why I keep on needing to go back. Anyone else with PCOS have this problem. And if your hair has disappeared and now you only go once a year what type of machine did the laser tech use on you?
