Forgot ID name, any hope?

Hello everyone, i have PS3 on 4.55, I didn’t turn it on for a very long time, I have the serial number and the email ( don’t have access to email tho ) can i get my account back? Or maybe just update it and log in and it will work??

I didn’t update because maybe the only solution is to mod it and i do have old fw so i asked here before everything ^{_^}

I remember on Ps Vita if you mod it you can see your email and password and id name and everything you need without even logging in and it still works
