I bought the premium pass after the new sed dropped. Can I unlock everything from the premium shop?

Pretty much what the title says. I bought the pass after the new set but the rewards from the missions are not enought to unlock all the accessories in the shop right now, including the Charizard ones.

I finished all the quests and I still need 26 tokens to get the rest of the accessories.

What's the point of keeping the Charizard accessories if the tickets I get are not enough to unlock everything?
