Pilates with a Baby: Strategies for a Stress-Free Class
Tomorrow, I'm attending a Pilates class and bringing my 10-week-old baby along. He usually cries when he's put down, but I’d love to have him either in the pram or on a mat beside me so I can work out.
Is there anything I can do beforehand to help him stay calm or even sleeping before the class starts?
If he does become unsettled during the class, aside from holding and feeding him, are there any other strategies I could try?
I’m really eager to go, but I’m feeling quite anxious!
