Has anyone seen any more detailed info on this? the info we have on poe2skills.com is quite vague...
- Cannot Inflict Shock
- Converts 100% of Phys to Lightning
- Lightning Bolts strike the targets of your next 5 attack hits after killing a shocked enemy with Attack Damage.
- Buff grants 1 to 10 added Attack Lightning Damage.
Is this global? does this convert ALL your phys damage to lightning, add 1 to 10 flat and prevent you from inflicting shock?
That would be the 3rd line quite weird because how are you killing a shocked enemy if you can't shock?
Or is this some weird combination of some of these lines are global while some lines are describing the proc?
As in, the proc can't shock itself?
