Phimosis band/frenulum stretch battle
So this is result of almost one year of stretching from stage 2 or 3 to retracing no problem while flacid and this is almost fully erect. From start i think i used to much force and overstretched multiple times. Now i use combination of finger stretching and phimocure rings 2 -3x a day for 45min to 60 min. I am working now also on frenulum stretching. I realy hope i can stretch phimotic band because when i fininsh with stretching it returns in previous place like some ring that chokes my penis under head when flacid. I can't manage to get to stage when it doesn't look like that when flacid buth can't realy progress or am i to agresive?
