smith machine anxiety
i just joined planet fitness a few days ago & i’m intimidated to do the stuff i actually want to do bc it’s so overly crowded in the weight area. i don’t want to be in peoples way. my question tho, if i want to use the smith machine to do like… hip thrusts, a few sets of squats, & rdls, should i get up between every exercise and wait for someone else to get their workout in, come back and do more, repeat, or should i do it all while i have the machine?? i’ve noticed people don’t make it clear they’re waiting, they just spawn at a machine when i’m done using it so i never know if someone’s waiting
