Honest thoughts on 151 future

I really want some 151 but just started collecting for the first time since the OG days. I know some people are hoarding tons of 151. Do I bite the bullet now and buy some booster boxes at 55-60 or wait and hope they go down in price? I've been to 20 stores hoping to find some at MSRP but no luck. I plan to rip, maybe hold onto one sealed long term.
