Hardstuck plat II

I reached plat 3 for a bit but other than that Im not progressing much. I’ve spent a couple hours playing in plat 2 and its not really made a difference. I don’t stall reset but I sometimes vs people who do, do I have to learn it? Btw im talking about 1v1s
