Azelaic acid routine

Just been prescribed skinoren 20% and thankfully it hasn’t irritated my skin! I’ve only been putting it on dry skin after cleansing. My question is, do you put serum + moisturiser on top? Or just moisturiser? Also do you wait a certain amount of time between each step? Thank you !
