Saving exposed screens after printing
Hi Everyone,
I'm just getting into screen printing so a completely beginner. I've got a question on ink clean up, hope that's okay.
I'm printing using 110 mesh with waterbased inks, I've created by screens using emulsion and exposing so ready to go.
I only have a few designs I'm looking to print so ideally I want to preserve the exposed screen for as long as possible, I can only do a few tees at a time but the design isn't changing. Is there a way to just clean up the ink after printing, without harming the emulsion? So that the exposed screen can be reused later down the line. Or do you need to completly reclaim the screen once you've printed with it?
Thanks in advance!!
