Rooftop tent dispersed camping

I’ve got a work event in Millcreek this Friday, and I’m looking to get up into the mountains after. I’ve got a rooftop tent and have thoroughly explored Utah County, but I’m hoping to try something new in Salt Lake County.

Any recommendations for dispersed camping nearby?
