Building a friendship after separation

I moved out September 2024. We have a 3 year old. My husband and I began hanging out as friends since thanksgiving. It’s been platonic. No touching no flirting. Nothing. Has anyone’s friendship after separation become romantic? How long did it take? I am to the point where I may have to accept we will just be friends and end up filing for divorce. Just to prepare myself.
