What's the music/kirtan called where they play standing up, play the sirangi, and this hand held drum that changes in pitch(?)?

What should I youtube - any and ALL recommendations would be appreciated.

Just as an aside, I feel like this is a style of music that was far more popualr in the 90s then it is now but should be preserved. If you are a member of a group that makes this music I would like to support you as best I can.
