should i watch smallville?

Yo ive been thinking of watching smallville cause i saw a lot of characters like booster gold and hawk man appear in it and its a 2000s drama about superman but im not that into superman but i do like his villains my fav being characters like lex doomsday braniac and parasite oh and bizarro so is it more for people who are into early 2000's teen dramas or comic book dweebs or a little mix of both?
