Did I create a starter finally?!

Been on this trip for about 10 days now and this is my third time trying to create a starter.

I’ve incorporated a lot of the feedback you all gave me over the last few days and it helped immensely! Today the starter seemed to grow about 3x in about 5 hours. Passed the float test. Been feeding 2x a day
