What would it take to bring back old cast?

I’ve been rewatching season 9 and I wonder what it would take to get Naomi, Chelsea and Cameran back on the show. I’m mostly interested in Chelsea and Cameran since they’ve been off longer than Naomie but I’d love to see all 3 back.

Now that T Rav and Kathryn are fully removed from the show maybe they would consider coming back? Thoughts?
