Looking For A Welder for a Quick Job

I have two small things I need welded. A pipe on a trailer hitch mount and some angle iron for a bracket. Every where I call or go they want $200 bucks per hour with a 1.5 or 2 hour min and can't get to it for weeks. I think this job will take someone 15 mins and would like it completed soon.

Any suggestions on places where I could go to get something welded? I live in South city.

Edit: My trailer is 1600lbs and the item I needed welded is for moving my trailer within my garage.
