Can't change sound settings or any settings because the apply settings button is of screen

All I want to do is to turn the sounds in the game down but I can't at all. I tried to change the resolution in the game launcher but every size has the button off screen. Is there a hot key I can use? Am I just doing something wrong? please help. Thank you
