Custom Characters! <3 (IDEA)

You might wonder while reading this, "this doesn't sound that balanced" and with that I say I'm just the idea man, if the developers do decide to add this or something similar, they can balance it however they see fit. This idea is purely for fun!
This would be a relatively easy thing to add if you come to think about it and would make the game a whole lot more interesting.
Lore: The custom male or female character is just some random hitchhiker that was kidnapped off Road 172 in the canon and in your head you can make up your own story about them.
Appearance: The male or female custom character will have bases that are different races that you can select and edit. For this example think the Rush Week girls being in the normal game mode.
Each cosmetic item you can put on your custom character will be either base ones that the default characters already have (for example: Ana, Connie, and Julie's hair) or stuff you can unlock or ones characters you've purchased like Virgina. This goes the same thing for any clothing you've purchased, and you can mix and match their shoes, shirts, and pants!
Stats: The stats are completely customizable, but to ensure the player doesn't just put 100 points into toughness there will be a cap on each for example the highest you can go on one is 30 something, then that way the player can decide which stat is the highest/lowest on their OC.
Attributes/Skill Tree: They'll be given the default max amount of attributes a character is given. As for perks Instead of a skill tree they just have a perk shop they can buy perks from with points.
Ability: Now this is the fun part! Level 1-3 on the left of the ability you get more inventory space (max space is 5) level -13 Middle part of the ability tree is more perk slots (max space is 5) level 1-3 for the right of the ability tree you get five more attributes each level (15 attributes max)
