Ranked is a fucking joke right now

The matching prioritising Tekken prowess means that I ended up matching 3 fucking times with the same guy. Thousands of players online and I match up with 1 guy 3 times in a row with not a single other person even being suggested. Is this a joke? are they purposefully trying to kill the game? Look I miss death matches, but I'm not out here trying to play against 1 guy every single time because the devs fucked up the ranked system
