Twitch JG - IE or BORK?

Hi all, I've recently played twitch jungle but I came across a problem/question. I was ahead on twitch for a good bit, when once I went BF-> Runaans -> IE, I couldn't even kill the support Morgana -.- I went into practice tool and gave myself the items I had last game and I was only critting for 250 at lvl 11. Am I building wrong? Should I go BORK instead? Am I building IE too early for twitch? Thank you all and sorry for this post, just struggling with him for some reason.
