This is too good to be true, right?

I've been on USM for a week. I ported one number in, then another, then another... I've teleportaled between carriers. I've talked to support a number of times and they are helpful, responsive, and actually read what I say instead of forcing me to follow an absurd script designed to test my patience. (my third port got caught up in the Verizon mess over the weekend.) I have one phone in my family on each major carrier, just testing to see which we all prefer.

The service is solid. The prices are low. The support is good. The website isn't a flaming dumpster fire. The CEO actually reads what customers say and posts on Reddit.

How is this real? I feel like I'm going to wake up and find out I'm still getting bent over on Verizon.
