Do I have any option?

Not a regular. Diagnosed with plantar fasciitis after an urgent care visit. Missed 3 days. Went back for one day and I literally can’t walk on my foot at all. I have Brooks walking shoes. As a CCA in an office where the supervisor already hates me what can I do? I literally can’t walk on my foot at all to the point where I may call out to go to the hospital tomorrow. Scared I’m going to get fired though.
