ULPT landlord evicting my parents.

Edit: I FORGOT TO PUT REQUEST IN MY POST TITLE. MODS PLEASE DONT BEHEAD ME. Be in all seriousness I’ll repost with the correct title if need be.

As the title states, my parents are getting evicted early march. They’ve already been looking into new places for a while now so, thankfully, they’re gonna be ok financially. I’m confident they won’t be getting the security deposit back due to some broken(now repaired) drywall and a some other issues(keeping it somewhat vague). The house is two floors, with three bedrooms and two bathrooms on the second and a half bathroom, kitchen, living room and garage on the first floor. The exterior features a patio and a small dirt strip that I’ve turned into a garden for my mom, I’ve already decided to salt that before I leave. Look, there’s no way easy way to cut it, but my parents landlord is a clueless dick. He really knows nothing about maintaining a house and my parents usually use the property management company take care of most of their issues. Yet he lives close by and instead(for some reason) requests my parents to go through him instead of the management company HE pays for. Since my parents moved in they’ve found cockroaches on incredibly rare occasion, which sparked an idea. Would it be possible to purchase cockroaches(or their eggs if they produce eggs) and release them into the home on their last move out date in order to dramatically increase their numbers?

Any other ideas would be deeply appreciated. I want something that’s going to drive him insane for the next few weeks/months while he tries to sell the house. Stuff like putting crap in the air ducts, painting over gross shit so the scent seeps through the walls. I’ve got plenty of decent ideas but I feel like I need to hear from the community that has constantly been “unethical”

I can’t give any good examples of him being a prick since it’s the internet and I feel like that isn’t the smartest idea.

If none of this is exactly legal then let me know! I want to make it clear to everyone that is a joke and I would NEVER do anything illegal EVER. but do give me whatever idea you can come up with, even if it isn’t legal, so I can have a laugh
