November Utah Trip

Me and my girlfriend are planning on going to Utah the week before thanksgiving, we’re both in decent shape and love being outdoors. I was wondering what to expect when visiting south Utah national / state parks. We plan on arriving as early as possible to every park. I also DONT have a 4x4 vehicle. How do yall think I’ll do? I’m just looking for tips from anyone and open to all advice!!! (:
