Best Thing about Utah?

Me and my gf are planning a trip to Utah and we’re down to anything! Parks, restaurants, museums, antique stores, random stuff, libraries, we’re truly down for anything!!! We’re from Texas and aren’t familiar with anything up there. I just wanted to ask what’s y’all’s favorite thing to do or see up there? We will probably hit north and south Utah so I’m open to all any recommendations! (:
