AVP No Longer Connecting to Personal Hotspot

I had to work out of the studio yesterday and I brought my AVP for some site specific work I was trying. I needed to pull some photos from the cloud on the device so I tried connecting to my personal hotspot (have had plenty of success trying this in the past couple weeks). When selected my hotspot as the network (already odd as it used to auto connect via the settings) it spins for a moment or two and never fully connects (although the phone will say one connections is made via hotspot). I checked with my carrier (T-Mobile) and made sure I haven’t used up my hotspot for this billing cycle and I haven’t. I’m using an iPhone 14 Pro running iOS 17.3.1 and AVP running 1.0.3.
