Advice needed on non admech raid team

Hi folks,

So I've got a semi decent admech team that gets me by with the Tyranid bosses and even rogal dorne. I don't have anything set up to handle things like Ghaz and Avatar though.

I don't have the traditional multi hit characters but could anyone advise on what toons I could invest in from my roster for a 2nd non admech raid team?

I'm in the process of upgrading roswitha for avatar but would be nice if I could do 1 team for bosses admech isn't that suited for.
