Invincible tank(1999)

So I’m trying to complete the new nodes and I’ve tried the assassination in victory plaza, I do absolutely no damage to the tanks second stage, I’ve tried attacking the blobs and that does almost nothing, I just need help trying to kill this thing and would like advice for my setup
