Gained 10 pounds in a week ;/

Hey y’all- so I’m in a weird spot rn

I was 183 2 Sundays ago and I felt great! My stomach wasn’t popping out - we were playing football and I was running faster and I was in a better mood etc. and then I continued my 16:8 fasting that week and I weighed my self and I was 193?? Now this is incredibly weird and disheartening when I saw it like I blew all my 2 months of progress in a week- granted my diet isn’t AMAZING cause I work all day at my work and the food is mostly processed but I’ll eggs and chicken take etc - but I also drink a shit ton of water but my car died on me so I haven’t able to work out Is this just a lot of water weight ? Or is it just usual bloating ? Cause it’s been 2 and 1/2 weeks now I’ve been bloated and I feel like shit - plus the back pain is unbearable I have always had a history with bloating but when this happens it totally ruins my confidence and I get mad and give up

Any thoughts?
