Lower back help. Progress 700+days
It’s about the Journey not the destination 😮💨
Please give me some pointers. Been lifting for 700+ days non stop with the occasional rest day. Calorie counting but not that dialed in. Oh and I’m working on Hammies Dw I know that’s going to be mentioned LOL
Currently 157lb
