Filtered/selective pasting?

I've been wondering today if, in Windows 10, there is this feature, that when you select text, copy it with Ctrl+C, is there a possibility to do selective/filtered pasting? For example : let's say I have a transcript of an interview and I need to copy and paste the interviewer's questions in one document and the interviewee's answers in a separate document. Instead of going back and forth, selecting one segment at a time, is there a way for me to select the entire interview, copy it and then paste only the segments I need with predetermined criteria/conditions/filters, and, finally do the same with the rest of the segments?

Is there a feature like this in Windows 10?

Thanks
