I need help renaming a context menu entry

Hi,

I have been searching on the web for a few hours now but I can't find the correct answer to how I can rename a specific entry in the Windows 11 context menu (when right-clicking on something).

The entry is the File Locksmith one from the Microsoft PowerToys tool :

For some reason, it is not translated to my system language and it bothers me a bit (major problem right? :P)

I know from my research that it probably has something to do with the registry editor but I cannot find and rename this specific one.
