Just started

Not sure what the reaction will be but I don’t feel like I can talk to my friends-I’m “skinny fat” a term I personally hate. Basically I am scientifically overweight, have high cholesterol and way too high blood pressure. I just have weird body proportions, (short torso, real long legs) and I know how to dress to hide it my “insecurities”.

Before I make a long story long-I wanted to see if I could find community in people who could see past how I may appear vs. what is best for my health as well as my self esteem

Note: I have been working for 5 years on changing my diets, different types of exercise etc. I turned 30 mid pandemic and I think that contributed to my health/weight difficulties.
