Stuck on 60Hz on battery in Ultimate mode

When I'm using my G14 (2024 - 4070) on battery in Ultimate mode, I'm locked on 60Hz, but plugging it in brings it back to 120Hz. However, creating a custom refresh rate in NVIDIA control panel somehow works. Is there any way to fix this so that I don't have to use custom resolutions? Also, this isn't an issue on Eco/Standard.
