Performance issues :(

hey guys, I am playing aoe 4 and since yesterday I am having horrible issues with performance, its even stuttering in the main menu, playing through game pass, havent had any issues with other games, any advise ? have rtx 2060 and ryzen 5 5600x

I was getting 3 FPS in the menu :(
