Vehicles for Residential Appraiser

I will be needing to purchase a new vehicle within the next few months and am torn on what I should get. I'm considering a car with good gas mileage, like a Camry or Accord, but also think it would be nice to have a truck where I can put a ladder in the bed. Or maybe an SUV with a decent sized trunk. I live in the Midwest where we get some snow but have never really had problems with driving a FWD car. What types of vehicles do you think work best for residential appraisers?
