Allergic to sensodyne but not sensodyne pronamel?

My go-to toothpaste for the past year has been sensodyne pronamel. It has helped my gum health immensely and it works great for me! Unfortunately when I went to the store last week, they were all out of sensodyne pronamel and only had the original sensodyne. Ever since I started using it, I’ve developed acne around my mouth and rashes have started developing around my mouth/on my gums. I’ve looked at the ingredients between the two but they look the same to me.

Is it possible to be allergic to sensodyne and not sensodyne pronamel?
