Curious about the field

Hello I’m 23 and love to work with my hands. I started off as a mechanic at 18 and now I’m tired of it. Multiple questions I have so please answer them I’m super curious :) -what are your hours like? -are you happy with the job -do you feel job security? Compensation questions: Currently I’m making 1-1.2k a week it’s meh but I’d like to at least make this but definitely make more -what did you start off with base pay after graduating -is there possibility of making 100k doing this field of work?
