PT - how do you all do it?
I have been doing PT for a while but recently my back pain has become so bad as the day progresses that just getting through a day has become a marathon let alone trying to keep up with a PT program. How do those of you in lots of pain work through a full PT program?! I am really struggling and feel like my body is just too sore to keep up with it all not to mention my mental drive is failing to see any point as I'm not improving. Herniation L4/5 - radiating pain and numbness down legs, currently stuck working from home/bed and not a suitable candidate for surgery (seen surgeons and they said I'm not high risk enough with current symptoms etc). The light at the end of the tunnel is drawing further away....
