What are your daily non-negotiable exercises and why?
I herniated a disc a few years back, and every year or so I irritate my lower back to the point where I can’t leave my bed for a day. I’m conscious about loading my spine because it will immediately hurt.
I decompress my spine via bar hangs, and do various core stability and low back exercises to strengthen and support my back.
With all of the “You have to do these three exercises daily” videos / threads / posts from all of these experts, what are YOURS and why? Have they granted immediate relief? Have they enabled you to get back to where you before and then some?
