I don’t know what to call this variant…

I haven’t really collected since I was young, nor have I followed Men’s basketball since the Sonics left. This dude looks like a good player, and I see it’s a small run being of/25, but anyone got more insight? What’s this variant called? Sorry to be a dweeb; this shit is way more complicated than when I collected cards in the early 90’s
