Disney Order Canceled
i ordered my Disney items during the preorder and I had received shipping confirmation on Friday, but my tracking had never updated. So I received an email this morning that my order has been “returned” and I’d been refunded (minus shipping, of course) and reached out to customer service who said my order had been “returned to the warehouse”. How is that even possible when it never even shipped? And now it’s too late to be able to get anything. If I had known this was going to happen, I could have tried during the full release, when all of the items I ordered were still available. I love Disney and was so excited about the whole four items I ordered and couldn’t wait for them to get here.
I don’t know why I’m even posting. I guess because I’m super bummed and in the throes of newborn life, so I’m overly emotional. And then the lack of any sort of empathy/help from B&BW customer care was extremely disappointing. I will no longer be shopping with them after having been a loyal customer for 25+ years. And now I get to see all the resellers post everything for 5x the price.
