Northbound 101 at 92 crash

Crash happened Saturday morning (Feb 1, 2025) at the 101 northbound ramp coming off 92 west. I was driving along when a Ford truck next to me lost control, swerved across an onramp, then hit the wall.

At the spot he lost control, there seems to be a previously patched pothole. When he ran over it, I can see his rear right tire bouncing into the air first.
