Is this a tumor

2 weeks ago my rescue betta, Flash, looked like he was getting ich. So I put him in a hospital tank and started treating him with a little bit of aqua salt and Pimafix. The white went away and never spread, but it looked like he developed a pimple with white stuff coming out of it. I continued the treatment and added the medication Metroplex and fresh aloe along with continuing the other products you see in the picture. All of the white stuff is gone, but he still has the lump and looks like a small hole within that lump. He doesn’t seem to be using that Gill and I don’t know what else to do for him. since he wasn’t feeling good, I have started giving him frozen shrimp pieces because he doesn’t like the other frozen food. I’ve been feeding the other fish. Thoughts? I do a quarter water change one night and a full water change the next night. Also, please forgive me. I don’t know what it means to give a spoiler alert to the picture so if somebody wants to explain that to me to add be great. I am new to this platform.
