Not wearing underwear, I'm nervous

So I would love to not wear underwear but I'm obviously bulging in my clothes and the outline is visible, the last thing I want is for people to think I'm weird or have a hard on, especially my family

I don't care about photos I post but when it comes to reality I get nervous of people looking and what they think

Should I nervous or just go for it ?
