Lamotrigine has ruined my memory

Hello, I am 19 years old girl and have been taking lamotrigine for almost 2 years. I have never experienced this type of brain fog before and my memory becoming so bad. I take 200mg daily and find that I can't think clearly, reason with people or understand instructions among other things, can't sort my thoughts. I also get twitches in certain parts of my body every day since I started. Every doctor I have talked to about these symptoms I mention above has said that it is not caused by lamotrigine and that lamotrigine does not have these side effects. I don't know if these problems will go away if I stop taking lamotrigine or if they are permanent, how long it will take to recover, etc. Like I said, my brain feels completely fuzzy on a daily basis which makes me feel behind and stupid. Can someone on lamotrigine with the same problem tell me how they went about with similar symptoms and if they disappeared when you stopped taking the medicine.
